A bit about me:
Ben Togut is a queer poet and singer-songwriter from New York City. His influences include Margaret Atwood, Maggie Nelson, and Tori Amos. His work explores the personal and political dimensions of isolation, frustration, and queerness. Ben has received national recognition in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards and an honorable mention from The Wesleyan University Hamilton Prize for Creativity. He is an undergrad at Wesleyan University. When he is not writing, Ben is probably drinking lattes with an inordinate amount of cinnamon, reading poetry, or having an existential crisis watching the nightly news.
